The Bitter Kingdom has a release date and a cover! The final book of the Fire & Thorns trilogy will be published on August 27, 2013. (We’ll just pretend that it didn’t sneak out on the internets last week and that I haven’t gotten two dozen emails/tweets/Facebook comments asking about it…)

I’m so excited to share the final chapter of Elisa’s story. Things get CrAzY in book 3. Notice the ICE and SNOW and PINE TREES? Those are not-subtle hints about what happens.

You can pre-order at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. In the meantime, though, you can tide yourself over with The Shattered Mountain, a digital-only story about Lady Mara that will be released a whole lot sooner on March 26.

Anyhoo…Here it is:

One cake can be made by spreading on strawberry preserves.
This recipe works well with cherry pie filling or Blue Berry Pie filling.
Applesauce is a great no-fat low-sugar alternative panckae topping.

Hydronic heating systems use the water and steam generated by a new
boiler to help keep your home warm and cozy no matter what time of year it is.
A hot water boiler is a vital component of a central heating
system of a building. For example, the cost for purchasing and installing a
new boiler may demand a good investment, but when you consider the annual savings in power consumption, it overshadows the investment.

They picture a kayak that would burst from hitting the smallest rock
or branch. Musher’s will generally provide you with free room and board.
When you are about to buy a camping tent, find a model that has good poles.
